Tabseer to Host Virtual Workshop on Saudi Quality Mark for Electrical Connections

Tabseer Company is set to host a virtual workshop focusing on the requirements for obtaining the Saudi Quality Mark for Low Voltage Electrical Connections. The event, targeting the electrical appliances and equipment sector, will take place on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 (5 Safar 1447 AH), starting at 11:00 AM Riyadh time.

The workshop will cover several key topics, including:

• An introduction to the Saudi Quality Mark and its acquisition requirements.
• Insights into factory audit visits and the review of technical files.
• An explanation of the national differences within the SASO 2815 standard.
• The pivotal role of Tabseer Company as a conformity assessment body (granting body).

The discussion will be led by Eng. Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al-Maliki, an audit team leader and certified auditor from the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) for plugs, switches, electrical connections, and rigid conduit systems. Eng. Al-Maliki also serves as the Manager of IECEE Certificates and is a SASO-certified expert in the conformity of electrical products to the Saudi Quality Mark and IECEE electrical products.
