Sampling: Inspectors take random samples of the cosmetic products to test them in an accredited laboratory (ISO/IEC 17025) to ensure compliance.

Visual inspection: Inspectors monitor the loading process to check the external and internal state of containers, cleanliness of containers, product labeling and marking compliance, conformity of lots with packing lists and/or commercial invoices, temperature control (if required), and product packaging defects. They also take photos during the loading process.
