Tabseer Company would like to extend its congratulations to His Excellency Dr. Saad bin Othman Al-Qasabi on his excellent rank for four years, following the extension of his service as Governor of the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization. His Excellency expressed his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Highness the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, after the royal order was issued extending his assignment.

This decision is a result of the tremendous efforts of Dr. Al-Qasabi over the years in developing and achieving the objectives of the strategic plan of the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization. He has made significant improvements to the Saber electronic platform, ensuring that all registrations are completed with the highest standards of efficiency and speed. These improvements are in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision for digital transformation and serve the local economy.
